- 🏆 2:15 PM: Rib entries submitted for judging
- 👨🍳 2:30–3:30 PM: Judging
- 🏆 3:45–4:15 PM: Winners announced and trophy presentation
- 🎉 6:00 PM: Event ends
🏆 New for 2026: Cash Prizes!
There’s even more competition this year. For the first time in the event’s 18-year history, the top three BBQ teams will receive cash prizes:

🥈 2nd Place: $500
🥉 3rd Place: $250
That’s a total $1,500 prize pool for the 2026 competition.
