Where to Dine at Marina Bay Quincy Victory Point
Victory Point is the reimagined waterfront restaurant and bar on Quincy’s Marina Bay boardwalk formerly known as Captain Fishbones. Owners and Boston restaurateurs Donato Frattaroli, Sr. and Donato Frattaroli, Jr. took ownership of the property in 2017 with plans to create a refreshed look, menu and lively atmosphere that will cater to a wide demographic of residents, locals and tourists of all ages.

Here is the buzz on Victory Point
our first time here after Captain Fishbones – and this place is a step up for food and drink. They had a large craft can beer selection and for what I had it was a good price. They also have a canned Rose wine and that was also a good price. The lobster rolls were really good and again a very reasonable price with a decent amount of lobster, mostly claws which I like. The fish sandwich was good and I loved the picked green tomatoes on it. I will definitely come here again to eat and for some good drinks. We always enjoyed coming to Marina Bay for the view and drinks and now we have a good place to eat.
Excellent lobster roll! Chicken Parm was also awesome! And the arancini in meat sauce was fantastic. Bar has a very comfortable, friendly vibe. Nice place to hang out on the water & chill!
My wife and I came for buck a shuck oysters and a Cobb salad. Oysters were delicious as was the salad. Jeff the bartender was great too. We will definitely be going back.
We had a delicious dinner tonight! The scallops were beautifully cooked and had a perfect golden sear on them. The little necks were fresh and I wish we had ordered more. There was a ton of lobster in the lobster Mac and cheese! The service was impeccable. This is a really nice addition to Marina Bay!
walked into a beautiful dining room overlooking the water, tables were pristine with white table clothes, beautiful tableware, and the warmest greetings from staff. Appetizers, prosecco, ready to be served, and the ambiance in the room was bright and so much fun. The Caesar salad was delicious, Baked Salmon fresh, Penne al a vodka, tasty with a sweet tomato flavored some sharpness from the vodka, the Chicken marsala was perfectly cooked and by far the best I have ever had. I will have my next family event there.
We arrived on a Saturday and surprisingly the restaurant and surroundings were not that busy. We chose to dine inside since it was air-conditioned and it was a hot summer day outside with high humidity but blue sky in abundance. We ordered brunch accompanied by mimosa cocktails. I ordered a ham and cheese omelet. My wife ordered her favorite New England lobster rolls and my son ordered an Eggs Benedict omelet. Our server Alexis was wonderful and attentive to our every need. Service was quick, sumptuous, and plenty.
I came here for dinner on a Friday night with my husband and my cousin. I ordered the seafood pie. I expected it to be like seafood casserole which usually has added fillers like stuffing. There was none of that here – this was straight up seafood in a bowl with no skimping on ingredients. It tasted fresh and delicious and I ate every last bite! I would definitely order this again. My husband and cousin both got veal parm. They licked their plates clean and raved about how good it was. With my cousin living here in Marina Bay, we will definitely be back!
This place has a stunning view of the marina with both nice inside and outside seating. The staff was wonderful and inviting and created great conversation and helpful tips when I said I just moved here! When I say this stuffed lobster was the best thing I have ever had I wasn’t kidding. It was so fresh, I am still dreaming about it! Amazing portion size for the price, combined with the view! For anyone looking for a nice seaside dinner, with the ability to walk around on a nice night, I definitely recommend Victory Point! Definitely will be back
Great restaurant, great view. No reservations. The wait was only 30 minutes but it was totally worth it. Maggie was our server and she was quick, prompt, polite always checked in on us. We orders a mixed fried seafood plate, oysters , and shrimp scampi. It was delicious. We ended up getting another order of shrimp scampi since it was so amazing!
