Trident Raw Bar and Galley to Open up at Hingham Shipyard

Hingham Shipyard will have a new restaurant by the end of the summer  Trident Raw Bar and Galley from the owner The Tinker’s Son Norwell  Bia Bistro  Cohasset  and Galley Scituate!!  Swampies have loved their other restaurants and this will be sure to be another favorite.  Trident Raw Bar and Galley to Open up at Hingham Shipyard

Last week, the selectmen voted to approve the liquor and entertainment licenses for Trident Raw Bar and Galley. The establishment is located in the former Union Fish location.
Owner and manager John Brian Houlihan comes to Hingham with 30 years of experience in the restaurant business. He currently owns restaurants and bars in Norwell, Cohasset, and Scituate. Previously he was the executive chef at the Bostonian and Four Seasons.

Local, Sustainability Minded, Creative Small Plates / Tapas Style with a focus on our extensive Raw Bar menu and a Wine and Craft Cocktail focused Bar.

Owner Brian Houlihan’s love affair with the restaurant industry began at the age of 13 during a stint as a bottle boy for The Powder Mill Hotel in his hometown of Ballincollig, County Cork. Upon completion of culinary school in Ireland, he ventured abroad at the age of 18 and landed a position with The Harvard Club in Boston followed by roles as the Sous Chef of The Four Seasons and the Executive Chef of The Bostonian Hotel. Now Brian is smitten with the South Shore and it seems the feeling is mutual!
