The Boston Seafood Festival will be on Sunday August 5th 11-6pm at the Boston Fish Pier . The seafood fest  offer a full day of events focused on educating the public about the local and global elements at play in New England’s dynamic fishing industry.

Think you’re the best shucker in Boston? Prove it! Compete in Boston’s annual Battle of the Shuckers! First place takes home $500 cash, so don’t miss your chance in proving you’re the best!
This year’s ‘Battle of the Shuckers’ is sponsored by Matunuck Oyster Farm. Founded by Perry Raso, Matunuck Oyster Farm is more than just a shellfish nursery and grow-out. Not only do they supply oysters to local restaurants, but they also offer a ‘pond to plate’ and ‘farm to table’ dining experience at the Matunuck Oyster Bar in South Kingstown, RI.
Chef Demos
Chef Demos will be happening throughout the day, in thirty minute segments. Keep checking the website to see if your favorite Boston chef will be giving a demo!

Harpoon Beer Garden
Harpoon Brewery is excited to bring you the Harpoon Beer Garden during the festival! Enjoy pints of Harpoon IPA, Harpoon Craft Cider, UFO White Ale, and UFO Huckleberry. Need a quick break from all the seafood goodness? Pop in and play cornhole and giant Jenga with a beer in hand! Must be 21+ to enjoy beers inside the Beer Garden. Proper ID required!
