Come join the celebration of Fire, Smoke and Pinot Noir! A special evening with celebrated Master Sommelier Fred Dexheimer and the Chefs of Bridgeman’s on Nantasket as they join forces to create a spectacular dining event. Fred Dexheimer is one of only 210 Master Sommeliers and represented the USA in the Best Sommeliers in the World competition. He has appeared in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, People, Bon Appetit, and the Sommelier Journal, and is the US wine ambassador for the country of Chile and Southwest France.
He combines his talents with Bridgeman’s Executive Chef Ken Wisneski (former Sous Chef for Emeril Lagasse at NOLA), Chef Hugo Kaiser (selected for the Holiday Baking Championships in LA), Nestor Ramierez and Owner/Chef Harold Paine as they present a smoldering five course dinner including smoke kissed lobster, wood grilled rabbit mortadella, pinot noir smoked pheasant and boar sausage.
